Marco, AI automation developer
I build software that does repetitive work on its own: AI agents, automations and the pipelines that connect them.
Move through the name. Click to break it.
Work that follows rules can run on its own.
I’m a developer focused on AI and automation.
A lot of the work that fills a day is predictable: copying data between tools, checking the same things, moving the same files around. I look for those patterns, write them down in code and connect them into systems that run without anyone pushing them.
Where judgment is needed, I use language models. Where a person should decide, the system stops and asks. The goal is software you can trust to keep going while you do something else.
What I build
Open a topic to read more.
-
Language models that read, decide and act inside everyday tools. Each agent has clear limits, logs what it does and hands over to a person when it isn’t sure.
- Sorting and answering incoming requests
- Extracting data from documents and emails
- Research and summaries on a schedule
-
Getting data out of one system, cleaning it up and into another, on any database. Pipelines that keep everything in sync without anyone exporting spreadsheets.
- Syncing data between systems
- Imports, migrations and cleanup
- Reports that write themselves
-
PowerShell and Python scripts for the work behind the scenes: machines, servers, files, users and backups, handled on schedule and the same way every time.
- Admin tasks on Windows and servers
- File and folder workflows
- Health checks and alerts
-
The topic doesn’t matter much. If a task follows rules and comes back every day, week or month, it can usually be automated, and I enjoy figuring out how.
- Connecting apps and APIs
- Scheduled jobs and triggers
- Small tools that save hours
Toolkit
The tools I reach for, and what each one is for.
- Python
- The glue for almost everything: data processing, APIs, agents and scheduled jobs.
- Claude API
- Reading, reasoning and writing inside automations, from sorting text to running agents with tools.
- OpenAI API
- Language and vision models where they fit the job best.
- Databases
- SQL or NoSQL, local or in the cloud. Whatever the data lives in, I connect to it, clean it and move it.
- PowerShell
- Automating Windows, servers, files and admin tasks that nobody wants to click through by hand.
How I automate something
The same three steps, whether it’s a five-line script or a system with agents and databases.
-
Find the pattern
Watch how the work is actually done and write down the rules it follows, including the exceptions.
-
Put it in code
Start with the part that costs the most time, build it small and test it on real data.
-
Let it run
Schedule it, log what it does and make it ask for help when something looks wrong.
Say hello.
